We empower rising agents with the training and knowledge to confidently enter the luxury market, while providing established luxury and ultra-luxury advisors with world-class branding, tools, support, networking, and marketing resources to expand their influence and grow their business.
We are the first agent-centric luxury platform for real estate agents, and our mission is to ensure that agents come first in every decision we make. From the low flat fee per transaction to the four levels of revenue share, luxury agents will keep more of their money at AXEN Realty.

Luxury is defined strictly by ILHM (Institute for Luxury Home Marketing) thresholds at the county level, ensuring consistent and recognized luxury standards across all markets.

$5M+ U.S. listings (or equivalent internationally) represent our Signature Luxury category, serving the most exclusive properties and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

International / Global
Properties outside the U.S. that meet or exceed luxury standards, allowing our advisors to serve global clientele with consistent excellence and expertise.
Exception Process: Agents may apply for exception approval for unique or distinctive properties that fall below threshold but possess luxury characteristics in nature, design, or location.

Membership Requirements
To join the AXEN Realty's Luxury Division, agents must commit to excellence by switching to the AxenLUX compensation plan, designed specifically for luxury market professionals. Then, enter the division through one of the options below:

Parisienne - exclusively used for "Luxury" script elements, providing elegant sophistication.
Body Font
Montserrat - used for "Collection" in the logo, headlines, body text, and signage, ensuring clear readability and modern appeal.
Usage Guidelines
- AXEN Luxury yard sign designs available for agent use
- Maintain clear space equal to the height of the "A" in AXEN
- No distortion, rotation, effects, or unauthorized recoloring
- Yard signs must be 24" w × 36" h, hung from a white or black Colonial post — grommets allowed
- Custom luxury signs require Luxury Division Head approval
Signage Standards: Only all-black or all-white logos allowed on signage. Supporting accents may use Champagne Gold, AXEN Blue, or another approved color for sophisticated visual hierarchy.

Per Transaction Fee
Includes White-Glove Transaction Coordination valued at $495, ensuring seamless luxury transactions.

Company dollar cap resets on agent anniversary date, providing predictable cost structure. Reverse sign-on bonus available.

Post-Cap Commission
After reaching cap: 100% commission retention plus $995 transaction fee per closing.

Our company dollar structure is capped at $2,500 per transaction, with equal distribution across four revenue share levels at $625 or 25% each.
If GCI is $7,500-$9,999, flat fee for that transaction is $1,875 with $468.75 in each level of revenue share. If GCI is $5,000-$7,499, flat fee for that transaction is $1,250 with $312.50 in each level of revenue share. If GCI is less than $5,000, flat fee for the transaction is $1,000 with $250 in each level of revenue share.
- *If an agent takes a listing or has a closing that is less than 75% of the ILHM's county threshhold, the agent may choose a $795 or $595 transaction fee in lieu of $995. The marketing will be decreased for the $795 level, and not included at all for the $595 level. For marketing and exposure, we encourage the agent to keep the $995 level.
